Official Xbox Magazine has the scoop on the Fall Xbox 360 dashboard update, and you better believe it's a doozy. UK-based CVG reports that the December 2 update will allow 360 owners to download and play Microsoft-published Xbox 1 games on their 360s. Let's say that one more time: come December 2, you will be able to download full, original Xbox games to the Xbox 360. The initial list of available games includes Fable, Indigo Prophecy, Crimson Skies: High Road To Revenge, Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath Of Cortex, Burnout 3, and, of course, Halo: Combat Evolved.
Games will cost approximately 1200 Microsoft Points, or $15 USD. Microsoft plans on re-releasing as many Xbox 1 titles as possible through Marketplace. Comments (6) |

Infinity Ward and EA go way back. If you didn’t know former employees from EA who worked on the WW 2 series Medal of Honor actually started IW to create their own Call of Duty series. If you didn’t hear EA Chicago who made the 360 title Def Jam Icon are now defunct and the employees are being shifting around the EA family or looking for new jobs. Infinity Ward being the nice people they are left a little message for EA Chicago on the main menu “message of the day” section. EA Chicago: Infinity Ward is hiring.

More Game with Fame will be going down next Thursday when Seether jumps online to kick some bum in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. From 9:00PM through midnight eastern on November 15th, Seether members Shaun Morgan (SeetherShaun) , Dale Stewart (SeetherDale), and John Humphrey (SeetherJohn) will be online playing CoD4. Send them a friend request or two (or three), be online next week and maybe you'll be lucky enough to play against them and discuss music. We're sure they'll be up for anything. Comments (2) |

The following link will bring you to a full indepth article from IGN on each song and a little info about it. http://music.ign.com/articles/823/823117p1.html The tracks look to be very diverse and there looks to be something for everyone. I'm still disappointed they have not included bands like Opeth, Killswitch Engage, Unearth, Children of Bodom, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Soundgarden and many other great bands but there is always Guitar Hero IV. The songs from Guitar Hero III are looking a lot better than the ones included in Rock Band though. Be first to comment on this article |
